Jump Squat Regular Squat : 30 seconds
Squat Leg Lift each side : 30 seconds
Back Leg kicks : 1 minute
Back Leg lunge right side (glider) No glider : 30 seconds
Back Leg lunge left side (glider) No glider : 30 seconds
REPEAT 3X
Body weight pulse squat * : 30 seconds
Wall squat  using 15 lbs of weight* No weight :30 seconds
* Wall squat 1minute
End of Workout Total: 10minutes

 ** Choose either two
